Clarity Before You Begin

  • Coaching is a present- and future-focused process that supports you in reconnecting with your truth, navigating change, and moving forward with intention. While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma or clinical diagnoses, coaching is about partnering with you to explore what’s possible now—and what wants to emerge next.

    I work with women who feel capable yet quietly disconnected—those ready to deepen their self-awareness, access their inner wisdom, and live with more authenticity and alignment.

  • I primarily work with women in midlife—typically between 40 and 60—who are in a season of transition, awakening, or redefinition. Many of my clients are navigating identity shifts due to career changes, relationships, motherhood, or a quiet inner longing for something more meaningful. If you're open, curious, and ready to explore your next chapter with intention, we might be a great fit.

  • Each session is co-created based on where you are and what you need. I bring deep presence, intuition, and powerful questions—while you bring your lived experience and inner knowing. Together, we create a space for reflection, insight, and aligned forward movement. Sessions are spacious, gentle, and deeply honoring of your process.

  • Currently, sessions are held virtually via Zoom, allowing us to connect from wherever you are. Occasional in-person opportunities may be available for retreats or local workshops.
